Real Training, Real Mentorship
At Knight Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, training is not treated like a quick checklist. Every technician who joins our team is expected to build a strong foundation through real instruction, field experience, and mentorship from experienced plumbing professionals. We believe no one should be sent into your home until they understand not only how to perform the work, but also how to communicate clearly, respect the customer, and approach each job with care.
When Bradley Grayson joined Knight Plumbing & Drain Cleaning as an apprentice ten years ago, he learned through hands-on field training, strong mentorship, and dedicated apprenticeship instruction. Today, Bradley has grown with the company and helps guide newer apprentices as they develop their own skills in the field.
Some smaller companies may hire people, teach them a few basic tasks, and send them out on their own. That is not how we do things at Knight Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. Our plumbers start with a full apprentice program and receive guidance from experienced team members throughout their training. Bradley and our leaders work alongside apprentices to show them how to treat customers, explain plumbing concerns, and complete work the right way from the start.
This commitment to training helps protect our customers and strengthens our team. It creates plumbers who are not only skilled with tools and code-compliant techniques, but also courteous, thoughtful, and prepared to represent our company in Milwaukee homes.

We use modern tools, including video camera inspections and advanced drain equipment, but our culture is rooted in hands-on mentoring and doing careful, code-compliant work on every job. We obtain all necessary permits, follow local codes, and carry out all new installations and equipment repairs to code, because cutting corners does not fit who we are.

Showing Up When You Need Us
How we work day to day reflects what we stand for. We arrive promptly in fully stocked work trucks and back them with a warehouse full of parts, so you do not have to wait around for basic materials. We offer same-day appointments for urgent plumbing needs and have reached homes in less than 30 minutes from the initial call. Our office team is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM, and you can also use our online scheduling system to book an appointment when it is convenient for you.

We are committed to clear communication and transparent business practices. We provide upfront pricing with no surprise charges or hidden fees. We take time to explain the work, answer questions, and educate you on what we are doing and why. Our technicians respect your home, work carefully to avoid tracking in mud, and clean up any mess so it looks like we were never there.
Warranties You Can Trust
Our culture also shows in the way we stand behind our work. We offer a three-year written warranty on recommended plumbing repairs, and we extend longer written warranties on specific installations, such as water heaters, with up to a 10-year written warranty on water heaters and installations. We see these warranties as part of our promise to do our best possible work and give you confidence long after we leave.
For more than 20 years, we have served over 6,000 customers across Shorewood, West Allis, Wauwatosa, the Bay View area, and surrounding communities from our conveniently located office at 4270 S Howell Ave in Milwaukee, just a short drive from Lake Michigan and less than two miles from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.
