"Courteous & Thorough"

Knight Plumbing was punctual, prompt, and knowledgeable. While they were unable to address the underlying problem (very old house has a house trap that will require extensive remodeling), they were able to get the sewer line clear and explain the issue, as well as ways we could deal with the problem until we could get it fixed. The two plumbers (one master and one apprentice) were courteous and thorough in addressing the problem and the cleanup. We were grateful for clarity without condescension. I would use Knight Plumbing again.

"Courteous & Professional"

I reached out to Knight Plumbing after essentially being ignored by a couple of other companies in the area. They got me in for an initial consult and set me up for an appointment very quickly. They were booking about 2 weeks out at the time. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and professional.

This is likely not common ... but Andy came out the same day I called for the consult because there was an opening. I got my estimate shortly after. He was great, personable, and professional. A funny guy that knew what he was doing and was able to do the same efficiently.

The project: We had a concrete wash tub in our basement that had water ... and other things... backing up into it. He broke down and removed the concrete tub, and replaced the tub, the surrounding faucets, and pipes. He also replaced a very old toilet that was bolted to the wall in the basement.

This was a 6-hour project. I appreciated that Andy showed up with a bright purple van that said Knight Plumbing and that his shirt identified the company as well. He introduced himself and was very courteous and professional while in our home.

10/10 would recommend.

The plumber were efficient, very good at their job and explained to me exactly what they were about to do. I would highly recommend this company and I will use their service in the future as well. Jeremy was prompt in my request. The amp time to respond after sending out for service was prompt. Jeremy showed up ready to work and explaining all the details and what he recommended and was doing. He cleaned up after his job and explain the bill before collecting the fee. Would strongly recommend knight plumbing to anyone looking for professional prompt plumbing service. "Great Service!"

Great service, all around, from the crew at Knight Plumbing. They came in and replaced most of the old pipes in our basement, put in a new shower, and even setup a line to a new fridge. Our old home threw some curve balls at the team but they were able to work through the challenges and complete all of this in only one day of work. Very satisfied customer!

"Amazing Service!"

With a finished basement and a sump pump over 10 years old, I knew it was time to have it replaced. Knight Plumbing did an amazing job with the install of the sump pump and back up battery system. Jacob (the service tech) was curtious, professional, and very knowledgable about the job. He never tried to push me for upgrades. Always letting me make the call on what I wanted to spend. Once I chose the unit, he informed me that he had installed plenty of sump pumps, but never a back up battery system> So he called in Brad for some guidance. Brad arrived quickly to help set the system up and advise on how it worked. Once up to speed with the unit, Jacob completed the install. Neve once did I feel the job would be compromised because this was Jacob's first battery back up install. He completed the job in a timely fashion and left me with a new ready to go sump pump. Thanks Knight plumbing, especially Jacob!

Was very impressed with Knight Plumbing services. When I called to schedule my non-urgent consultation, the receptionist was so friendly (George?), told me what to expect, and coordinated around my work schedule. I needed to have my dishwasher inspected after I attempted some quick fixes myself and didn't think they worked. Tanya the plumber was prompt and professional and was able to confirm that I did in fact fix the issue myself just needed some final verification and adjustment. I was very appreciative of her time and they did not charge me for the consultation as not much needed to be done. Was very happy and relieved as I was worried about any potential cost. Overall shows a lot about their character and will definitely think of them for any future plumbing needs. From start to finish, company was five stars!

I sent a text to Knight Plumbing on Sunday, got almost instant response. Being closed on Sunday they left contact info, I called back Tuesday, spoke with Linda who arranged to have a plumber at the home in about 15 minutes. Andy, the plumber, arrived on time and inspected the water heater and gave several options to consider. we discussed all options and made our decision. Andy called and had the water heater delivered, went ahead with the installation and work was completed in a few hours. The area was cleaned up and old heater removed, very satisfied with Knight Plumbing. Thank you Linda and Andy
