Existing customer. Wants us to look at his water softener system. They have lots of lime scale build up on dishes, etc. Please enter via the FRONT door. **Homeowner indicated the softener is under warranty but our paperwork indicates the warranty was only 90 days. Isiah was there after the expiration of the warranty (July 2026) for what he called "warranty return visit/inspection."
Sewer and Drain Clearing: Description: - My drain under my stationary tubs in the basement it clogged. We're getting a new washer delivered so id like to get it fixed before Friday if possible.
Existing customer. Toilet is leaking at the base. He is aware of the $99 service fee. Please enter via the FRONT door.

I recently visited the home of an existing customer to address an issue with their upstairs shower. Upon arrival, I confirmed that the shower handle was leaking, which was causing concern. I began by inspecting the handle and identifying the source of the leak. After carefully disassembling the necessary components, I replaced the faulty parts with new ones to ensure a proper seal. I then reassembled the handle and tested the shower to confirm that the leak had been successfully resolved. The customer was pleased with the outcome and acknowledged the $99 service fee. I entered the home through the front door as instructed.
I will definitely use again and recommend to others.

My entire experience with Knight Plumbing was positive, from the moment I called to make an appointment all the way through completion of the work. George was very pleasant and helpful, ensuring I understood pricing and how the appointment would go, especially given the COVID-19 situation. Tanya was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained the issues she found in terms I could understand and was willing to answer all of my questions. I am very happy with the work she did and how clean she left the work areas. This was my first time using Knight Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them again with any future plumbing issues I might have.
