I carefully disassembled the sink area to identify the source of the leak and replaced the faulty components. Additionally, I noticed that the washer hook-up emergency valves were severely rusted and in need of replacement. I replaced these valves to ensure the sink's functionality and prevent future leaks. The customer was informed of the $99 service fee.
Upon receiving the request, I promptly assessed the situation and identified the need to update the email address. I began by accessing the system where the email was stored. After ensuring I had the necessary permissions, I navigated to the account settings. I then located the current email address and replaced it with the new one, brian.h.harrison@gmail.com. To ensure accuracy, I double-checked the new address for any typos. Finally, I saved the changes and verified that the new email address was active and functioning correctly. This meticulous process ensured a smooth transition with no disruption to communication.
Upon arrival, I assessed the issue with the toilet chain, which had completely snapped. I promptly sourced a replacement chain and installed it efficiently. Ensuring the mechanism functioned correctly, I tested the flush multiple times to confirm the repair. The customer, who works from home, was pleased with the swift and effective resolution, allowing them to continue their day without further disruption.
We recently assisted a new customer with their water system needs. The task involved safely capping off an outdated water softener and pressure tank from their well system.
