Existing customer. Toilet handle is broken. Enter via the MAIN doors. Call George at (317) 650-5732 for approval of cost and payment. **He has already paid the $99 service fee, so please credit that.
A customer experienced a recurring clog in their basement. Previously, another service addressed the issue, but it has returned. They are aware of the $99 service fee and requested a camera inspection. Our team conducted a thorough examination using advanced camera technology to identify the root cause of the clog. We provided a detailed report and discussed potential solutions to prevent future occurrences.
We addressed a recurring issue with a shut-off valve for the water heater in a multifamily apartment. The valve had broken, necessitating immediate attention. Our team met with Peter, who facilitated access to the apartment. The water heater was located on the ground floor, not elevated, which simplified the repair process. We successfully replaced the faulty valve, ensuring the water heater operates efficiently and safely.
A customer requested an estimate for a tankless water heater. Their existing unit, though functional, is approximately 25 years old.
