Colton assessed our leaking faucet problem. He tried very hard to identify the faucet manufacturer, as well as sending photos to the parts supplier to identify the correct replacement cartridges. After some conversation, he and I agreed that the sensible solution was to replace the whole unit. I obtained a replacement faucet kit within 2 days, and the installation appointment with Knight has already been scheduled. The whole process was uncomplicated and very satisfactory.
