What can I say. Awesome job by Isiah from Knight Plumbing! We needed a new hot water tank installed due to the historic flooding we had last week. He arrived on time and assessed the situation and we discussed the options for replacement and the pros and cons of going with a larger tank. Based upon our hot water usage weekly, we chose to stay with the same size tank. Answered all my questions, was done in no time, and made sure the installation was neat and tidy. Made sure everything was cleaned up when finished. Hot water tank is working beautifully! Knight Plumbing will be our go-to plumbing company! Definitely will recommend to friends and neighbors. Knight Plumbing Came to Our Rescue!
My wife and I returned home from vacation on a Friday evening to find that our water heater wasn’t operating correctly. After an emergency service visit yielded no results, I resorted to calling area plumbing companies to get a replacement water heater installed. Knight Plumbing came to our rescue! From the beginning, Brad was very receptive and accommodating to us knowing that we were in a pinch. He and his crew showed up promptly on Monday morning and we had hot water coming out our faucets within a few hours! He and his team even identified an issue with our plumbing (that I still have to fix!). Brad was very attentive to all our needs and questions and stuck around while we made sure everything worked to our satisfaction. Subsequently, the inspector had good things to say about the install job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, especially if you find yourself without hot water! Side Note: The “go-to” plumbing company in our city didn’t even answer my call over the weekend.
